What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Every charter comes with a seasoned crew, all necessary safety equipment, fuel, and basic drinks. Depending on the package - twilight trips come with high-end beverages and light snacks, while business charters offer meeting facilities and corporate catering services.
When should I make a reservation?
To ensure availability, it is best to reserve your yacht 2–3 weeks before your intended date, or 4–6 weeks in advance for private events and business functions to allow for customization opportunities.
What is the protocol for unfavorable sailing conditions?
We prioritize safety. Should the conditions be unsafe, as determined by our captain, we'll propose an alternative date or provide a complete refund. We constantly track weather forecasts and will reach out if the forecast is concerning 24 hours ahead of your charter.
Is it permissible to bring my own food and drink?
Certainly, your own food and non-alcoholic drink items are welcome aboard. We also have excellent catering solutions with customizable menu options. For safety purposes, bring no glassware on board.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with mobility concerns?
Our aim is to be inclusive for all our guests. While some yachts are more suited for those with mobility impairments, we recommend contacting us upon booking to discuss particular requirements so we can suggest the most appropriate vessel and make any needed preparations.
What are your terms for cancellation?
For cancellations done 72 hours prior, a full refund is issued. Those cancelled between 24 to 72 hours receive a 50% refund. We do not refund cancellations done within 24 hours unless it's due to our own equipment issues or unsafe weather conditions.
